Now that your session is booked, here’s a simple step-by-step guide to what comes next! From planning details to receiving your final images, I’ll walk you through everything so you feel completely prepared and stress-free. Keep an eye on your inbox for helpful emails along the way!
Pre-Session Questionnaire
You may have already filled this out when you booked (there was a link on the confirmation page!). If not, no worries—I’ll send it again the week before your session. This helps me get to know your family, and any special details you’d like to include.
Schedule Your Pre-Session Chat
We’ll schedule a Google Meet before your session to go over details, talk about your vision for your session, and go through wardrobe styling. After our chat, I’ll send over personalized styling boards to help you plan outfits with confidence.
Style and Prep Guides Coming Soon
After our call you’ll receive my Styling Guide with wardrobe tips; followed by my Prep Guide with everything you need to get ready—studio details, what to bring, and how to make the experience stress-free.
Session Day!
I’ll welcome you into the studio, where we’ll settle into a relaxed, effortless session. No rush, no pressure—just natural, intimate moments that celebrate this season in a warm and comfortable space.
After Your Session
Within two weeks, you’ll receive a proof gallery where you can select your favorite images before purchasing your collection. Once you’ve chosen, I’ll hand-edit your final selections and send them to you for download.
The Studio Space

For studio sessions, I rent a beautiful, light-filled space in Edgewater, designed for a warm and timeless feel. With neutral tones and thoughtfully curated details, it provides the perfect setting for intimate, relaxed sessions. Since the studio is booked hourly, sessions are carefully planned to make the most of our time while keeping the experience effortless and stress-free.

Session Day
My approach to outdoor sessions is relaxed, heartfelt, and focused on real connection. No stiff poses, no pressure—just genuine moments that reflect this season in your life. I truly appreciate you being part of this model call and trusting me to bring this vision to life.
We start with classic portraits – soft, natural images of your family together, whether welcoming your newborn, or celebrating your maternity journey.
Then, we bring in your loved ones— intimate moments with your partner or little ones that celebrate this season. For newborn sessions, we’ll also take time for solo baby portraits, capturing their tiny features in a timeless and gentle way.
We embrace the flow – kids being kids, laughter, and those beautifully imperfect in-between moments that make your session feel real.
I’ll guide you while keeping things natural – offering gentle direction when needed but mostly stepping back to let your story unfold.
