Hey there! I’m so excited to offer Limited Edition Mini Sessions! These are a fun and easy way to get some fresh, heartfelt photos of your family. Think relaxed settings, sweet moments, and a little sprinkle of my creative touch to make it all extra special.

Mini Sessions at a Glance

Brief, 10 minute sessions to efficiently document a handful of special family moments.
Various outdoor DMV-area locations, handpicked for their accessibility and picturesque backgrounds.
$199 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your mini session. Base image collection: $150 (Optional full-gallery upgrade available.)

Booking Your Session

Choose your date

Select from my limited available dates and times that fit your schedule.

*Make sure to keep the backup rain date open in case we need to reschedule due to bad weather.

2.

Secure your session

Use my simple online booking system to save your spot. A session fee of $199 plus tax is needed to finish your booking.

3.

Prepare

I’ll send you some tips to help you get ready for your mini session. On the day of the session, just come ready to have fun and enjoy time with your family!

4.

View & choose

In about 10 days, you’ll get a link to your private online gallery. Look through the images and pick your favorites.

*Reminder, the session fee is separate and isn’t applied to the cost of your images.

5.

Enjoy your memories

After you pick your collection, give me up to 2 weeks to send you your fully edited images. Then you can relive your mini-session memories!

After your session, you’ll choose and purchase your favorite images – no big upfront commitments, just the flexibility to get exactly what you love.

If you’d like to turn your images into keepsakes, I offer a curated selection of professional-quality prints and products through my shop.

I can personally stand behind the color, clarity, and craftsmanship; everything’s designed to last.

You’re also welcome to use your own lab if you prefer. For outside printing, I recommend Mpix for high-quality prints and Artifact Uprising for beautiful keepsakes.

Individual digital images can be added for $75 each.

Erin is a kind, fun and professional photographer to work with. When I look at our family portraits, my heart is so happy to see how they turned out despite us rangling our wriggly-wiggly-worm daughter. During the session, Erin came prepared to ensure she had the attention of our daughter so she could capture her pretty face in the photos. Where do I start?! Working with Erin from start to finish was nothing but pleasurable. She is extremely personable and her communication through out from initial booking until receiving the final images was immaculate. During the actual session she made me feel so comfortable and confident and really listened to what I wanted while maintaining her artistic style. I love my photos and will remember them forever! Erin is hands down the best outdoor family photographer in Bowie! She captured my little family so beautifully and was great with our 4 yr old. Got to do a newborn photo session with Erin today and it was an awesome experience. I normally hate taking pictures, and hate photography sessions, but Erin made the two hours breeze by. She was super easy to work with, knew how to get the right photo without too much effort, and was super accommodating. Got some questions?

As a lifestyle and moment-based photographer, my goal is to capture natural interactions within your family during our sessions. Rather than just having everyone look at the camera and say ‘cheese,’ I’ll be encouraging you to genuinely connect with each other. However, please remember (and this might surprise you) that if your kids are very active or take time to open up, a full session might actually be a better choice for your family. I’ve been applying what I learned from my time as a teacher to shape how I conduct photo sessions. And what I’ve found is that having more time allows us to truly embrace your children’s individual personalities and more fully document sentimental and genuine moments with them.

Your total investment equals your SESSION FEE + COLLECTION COST. If you’re interested in acquiring only a couple more digital images, you may purchase digital images individually for $75.

As a mom of young children of course I understand the importance of flexibility. At the time of booking, a rain date will be provided in case of inclement weather. If you’re unable to make it to your session, you have the option to either find someone to transfer your session to or apply the session fee towards another session within 9 months.

Within a week of your session, you’ll gain access to a soft proof gallery featuring images with basic edits applied. Please note that comprehensive editing, such as cropping, background corrections, skin-smoothing, blemish removal, and tone adjustments, will not have been completed at this point. You will use this gallery to choose the images you’d like to keep and purchase your collection.

Styling is so important and truly contributes to creating a sense of connection in your photos. It enhances the overall artistry, while preserving your family’s unique identity. You will find more guidance in the guide provided.

A Final Note about Mini Sessions

Minis are special, one-of-a-kind events, held just once on a specific date and at a specific spot. Imagine it like a concert—similar to those, minis can’t be rescheduled, and there are no private makeup sessions. If a mini is outdoors, I always have a planned rain date. Committing to a mini means you are available for both the scheduled day and the rain date. Check your calendar!
